Tudor Kitchen Seasoning Blend

Ingredients

2 tsp ginger
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp long pepper
1 tsp grains of paradise
1 tsp cubebs
1 tsp galangal

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together well. Store in a tightly-closed glass container.
